Aiming the Tracker after Bundle

I have a Faro tracking laser with PCDmis Portable 2013 and I'm trying to Aim the tracker to points on the casting of a particular part to easily mark some hole locations for a programmer of ours so he can see how much clearance he has for the tools hes using to machine it. I've never tried this before after bundling, but when i do the tracker doesn't point to the specified locations. anyone know what this could be?

If these are points that have already been measured in your program you could use the "move feature" located in the portable toolbar. You can select previously measured points by selecting them, but be sure you select either actual or theoretical. If you haven't measured the position yet, you can simply do a move point (control+m) and then edit (f9) the move point and type in your xyz numbers and then execute the move point by doing a execute feature (ctrl +e).
