dimension format

Anyone else have issues with the dimension format commands and then problems with the report window not matching the print out or exported pdf of the report?
It is happening to us more and more with 2013 and 2014.
Any tips for fixing the problem? We have tried deleting all the dimension format statements and inserting new ones, but the problem seems to stick once it occurs.

There was a bug in the system from what I was told by Hexagon. They said this should be fixed with the latest release. We encountered this where we had multiple format changes like min and max on certain features as well as 3 and 4 decimal places we wanted to report.
