dimension format

Anyone else have issues with the dimension format commands and then problems with the report window not matching the print out or exported pdf of the report?
It is happening to us more and more with 2013 and 2014.
Any tips for fixing the problem? We have tried deleting all the dimension format statements and inserting new ones, but the problem seems to stick once it occurs.

  • Settings Editor -> User_Printing -> MaxPrintResolution

    This is a DPI value (dots per inch). Default value is 1000000 (max printer can support). User values are 96, 72 & 48. I had to go down to 72 DPI before the report would follow my dimension format commands. In my case the entire report used the settings current at the end of the inspection program. This is in 2014.1 SP2. Was informed the fix was being incorporated in 2014.1 SP3 but I haven't seen it released yet.
