I have modeled several different setup tools (magnetic chuck, sine plates, 1-2-3 blocks, etc.) that I would like to add to my directory of available fixtures. I have saved these model files in several different formats (.iges, .igs, .stp, .stl) but nothing seems to work. When I go to the "browse" function and select the desired model, the process screen appears but then an error balloon appears "ACCESS to C:\PROGRAMFILES\WAI\PC-DMIS2014(RELEASE)64-BIT\MODELS\QUICKFIX\MAGNETIC CHUCK.CAD was denied". Has anyone had success installing their own personal created models into the software? Any help would be appreciated.

It definitley sounds like a permissions issue. Attached is a document that walks you thru this for a Windows 7 user.
