Nominal Dimension during programming True Position

I am using a Romer Arm Infinite 2.0 with PCSmileymis 2014 software. I am checking the True Position on 1.750" diameter bore. I probed this bore as a cylinder. I went into Legacy Mode and defined my Datums (A,B,C). When going into the advanced button to enter the nominal dimensions for the -X- and -Y- axis. I am also in the current alignment mode. When entering the Nominal dimension for the -X- axis the software takes the dimension. When I enter the Nominal dimension for the -Y- axis the -X- axis converts back to its original value. I went into the Summary mode and corrected the X & Y values, and the software retains these values. When viewing the inspection report the nominal values revert back to the incorrect nominal values. Please Help me correct this issue!!!!.......Thank You

  • Brian.....Thanks for your help......I am not in the legacy mode.....my apologies for mis-leading you. The feature nominal were updated in the summary mode and this had no effect when viewing the Inspection report, the nominal are still incorrect

Ok. I am just gonna throw some darts. Did you happen to delete and recreate your true position? Once you make changes in summary mode and open up the inspection report, be sure to click the refresh button. Are you in the correct workplane? Is your alignment different then your A, B, C Datum structure?
