I am running the RDS Data Collector software to verify Length / Point measurements. We have been doing this procedure since 2015 I would guess to say. When run today something really odd is occurring. The artefact length is 711.175 and when running on RDS it checks 711.202853 to 711.241418. Which leaves the min deviation as a positive number min dev .027 / max dev .066418 range/2 .019283 std .015526. I'm not sure why everything is running big? I'm working at 68.6 degrees which should be close enough for accurate work. I checked it on the smaller dimension and it only had a min dev of -.009189? Any suggestions of what might have happened?
I just repeated the same process using the Point to Point QuickMeasure and the part length checks normally. This was using the same exact pattern we used on the RDS Data Collector Software.
