Romer Annual Certification/Calibration

WHY IS IT that YOUR techs rename all the d amn probes when you do the annual calibration/certification? You have any idea how much of a pain in the ass that makes it for people trying to use existing programs?

  • I would see different solutions on why they do it :
    • they don't know how creating a new probe (or they think it's too long)
    • their calibrations program don't allow choosing an existant probe
    • they don't imagine the consequences of the change... or they don't mind about it...

    FIVE annual calibrations/certifications (or 6, Id' have to dig out the records) and they have changed them 3 times.
