We run PC DMIS 2019 on our Romer Absolute Arm. Every time we try to open an existing program or create a new one the software crashes to the desk top. This just started happening this week. Has anyone had experience with this issue ?

Yea, sure PC-DMIS crashes for a lot of people.
Details, details, details. Can you give a description of events? Screenshots of error messages?
That's a start. I'd begin with updating your network and video card drivers. Possibly printer drivers too since I know that there were some Microsoft exploit patches that happened a few days ago.
If it's 2019 R2 that you're running, check that your IT department haven't changed anything with regards to internet access. 2019 R2 was the first version to have the home page and there were a lot of threads on this forum about home page causing PC-Dmis to crash if the internet was unavailable. There are various settings to either prevent home page from trying to access the internet to to disable home page altogether. They can be found by opening the settings editor and doing a search for "home".
I sometimes (on the Arm) have Pc-Dmis crash and then repeatedly crash until I shutdown and restart the PC - most likely you've tried restarting but worth mentioning
is PC-DMIS update?
it has crashed on me when I try to open a new version program with a later version of PC-DMIS years ago. or the wrong probe was attached, and when there are multiple window logins. someone would have PC-DMIS open.
