recently we have received a fixture which has Bushings instead of tooling balls. We have no experience in using those bushings as alignment aid. I tried using creating a program using spheres and treating those bushings as spheres, the results are not good as the overlay (scan) is being picked up at a height. Attaching the screen shots of the fixture. Any suggestions would be helpful.
