Can anyone explain to me what these tables mean? I'm calibrating a 3mm probe on my Romer Absolute Arm 7525 V3. The results I got on the RDS Data Collector is 0.0435 for the residual error.
My coworker says that the residual error should be less than 0.010 mm. However I couldn't find this value anywhere, all I found is on the RDS Manual and it says that the residual value should be less than 1.0.
So I would like to know what's right and what's wrong and what do these tables mean?
