I just received the portable arm back from calibration and the numbers it's giving are way off. Something that is supposed to measure 18.53 is measuring around 18.73. I measured the part with the scale and it's right around 18.53 so it's not the part. I'm not sure what's going on or if there's something I need to do after receiving the arm back before measuring or if it's an issue with PC-DIMIS. Thanks in advance.
