We just bought this Romer Arm about a month ago, i just set it up last week and had it working fine. its a CP-C as in the topic title its a wired connection. I was probing, scanning and using it like normal so the next day i come in to reconnect everything and it doesn't recognize the connection anymore, i spent an entire day going over everything i possibly could along side multiple manuals. Today i uninstalled absolutely everything to do with this Romer Arm and it still does not connect. I have tech support via hexagon eventually looking at it but i figured id reach out to the community for the first time to see if anyone else has this Romer Arm or any problems in regardless to wired connections.
