fairly new to using the scanner we have a romer arm with the optional scanner attachment, but we have this error code come up. "Scanner Frame Rate is Limited"
ethernet cable connection, I had the 6mm tip connected as well and i could tell that was blocking some of the read laser square outline. i haven't seen this error message again since i removed the tip and just use the scanner by it self.
not sure if that was the reason, i will try and replicate the issue to see if that was the reason i got this error message
