Like title...
Creates an alignment, lets call this A2.
Measure stuff.
Performs a leap frog, full translation (measure before moving the portable arm and after moving the portable arm).
Continues measuring stuff in the new position - works great.
Shuts off PC-DMIS and arm to continue the next day.
Starts up PC-DMIS + arm
Setting out to continue measuring in the new position
Discovers that the leap frog alignment is no longer active = A2 prior to leap frog is active
I am basically back to the position and alignments PRIOR to the leap frog
Move the arm to the initial position, repeat A2, repeat leap frog in order to continue the program...
Is there something I can do in order to be able to switch between the different leap frog positions WITHOUT having to start over
after I have shut down PC-DMIS / arm?
Note: this is the first time I use leap frog, when it works it works beautifully
