Excel Form Report Formatting

I am in the process of setting up our company's machine on the floor for the purpose of automating our AQL process. I was trying to get the program to output an Excel report with the measured dimensions, tolerances, and if the piece was out of tolerance. Not sure I have a handle on the formatting portion of it. I understand how to import a template but am having problems with the formatting so that the data comes out correct (Not sure I'm using the Data Area and Repeating areas correctly) I am also trying to figure out how to loop the program so that it can run a set number of pieces as defined by a prompt to enter the number of parts in the batch using a tracefield... This is what I have in my formatting window and the corresponding output after running it... ran it 3 times so there should only be 3 sets of 2 dimensions output.... Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Chad
