Connection to scanner faild

Hello to all,
I did all the connection and WIFI connected.
In the control panel it showed that RS6 is valid but there is a message that Prone is not initialized.
So I can't scan the part,
please let me know How to fix the problem

The SFx connections is for Hexagon SMART Factory, communication to and from Hexagons servers. Nothing to really do with the RS6 connectivity.
