Thank you for your reply. There is nothing wrong with the machine. The tech was here from Monday till Friday and could not do the calibration. Our calibration cycle for this machine is every 6 months. Hexagon is sending this technicians boss to our facility tomorrow. I will post the results.
The issue is clear!
9 Days - Last nights quote from the tech's boss " There is nothing wrong with your machine, there maybe something wrong with our (Hexagon) glass standard".
Today - Different glass standard - Cannot wait!
