Mycrona Calibration ( after v4.1 to v2009 upgrade)

We updated PC-Dmis, on our Mycrona Red Line, from 4.1 Beta version to 2009. I set my search paths, for the probe files, to WAI\PC-DMIS 2009. I also copied all the probe files, and the zoom (or camera), and pasted them into the 2009 folder. I am only having an issue with the Zoom files. When I open the file a warning pops up:

-Zoom tip1 warning
-Calibrate Optics
-Camera rotation
-Focus

Every time I try to calibrate the probe offset, it appears to be lost, or not have enough info. To do this step yet. I also tried to calibrate the optical center, optics, illumination, ETC….. I tried to calibrate any, & all, of the options it has listed. When I tried the optics it appears to start, and get to step 47 and just stop (it just sits there and still sais wait while calibrating). I calibrate the vision weekly, but have only calibrated the probe offset.

I could really use some guidance as soon as possible…… Please?
  • I had the same problem with our Mycrona at the last place I worked when we updated to 2011. It did the same thing that you mentioned when I went to optics calibration. I had to get a guy from Hexagon to remote our computer and do some major changes to the settings. According to him, this seems to be a common problem because of interface issues between Mycrona and PCDMIS. Sorry, but I would suggest calling tech support.
