We currently have a B&S Optiv1 Vision System running 2011 MR1. But we currently cannot even use it because everytime we open a program and try to do anything with it, it loses the connection with the camera and gives the CAMERA: NONE error and the live view goes black, making it impossible to do anything. We just had it calibrated by Hexagon 10 days ago (on June 7, 2013) and when we told the lady who calibrated it about the problem, she said it was a software issue, not a hardware issue. Prior to today, it would do this if it sat for a while with a program open, but it would work if you closed the program and reopened it. Now it gives this error right away, making this expensive piece of equipment useless at the moment. Has anyone had this problem? And if so, what did you do to fix it?
