Default Magnification for the Camera CMM-Ve

My Camera defaults to 0 mag but this reads as 1 When I go to measure a part. Then I get a error message that states that the camera maginification is .9 do you want to change it
When I hit yes the magnification changes to 0.9199 .. Is there a way of setiing the magnification to 0.9199 in the default directory somewhere. The CMM-Ve only has on level of magnification and does not change or zoom like the optiv does .

I think it should be fixed by a calibration... it also depends on the version !!!!!

I tried A re-calibration now the machine still defaults to Zero then when I edit the feature but it changes the file to 0.9355 after the error message comes up.
The error message is "Cir.x or Pnt.x Specified a Magnification of 0 but this probe can only achieve 0.9355" Then underneath I get a message that states "Set Optical Magnification to 0.9x"
Then it changes the Magnification to to 0.9355 and the feature works. The big problem is I have a couple of hundred features and the program defaults back to zero if it is closed or locks up and is reopened. I looked ant the Magnification for the camera in the Calibration setup and it says it is set to 1 but that block is grayed out and I cannot reset it. this is as much fun as going from vers 3.7 to 2011mr1
