Cannot pick Spline from CAD

I need to inspect the 2D profile. I have the CAD file (.DXF) and is programing from the CAD.
I cannot pick a section of the profile, because that section is a "spline".
I am using the auto feature (2D profile) function and I can pick up other sections which contain straight line and arc.
Is there anything I can do? Did I miss anything here?

The 2D Profile command in 2013 MR1 Supports splines. In F5 setup, there is an option of using Legacy 2D profile. By default, in a new part program, the new 2D profile is used
