I just completed the dongle upgrades for our machines, and I am preparing to build new PC's for all 4 as well.
My concern is with the Vision systems. I am familiar with rebuilding the boxes for the regular CMM's, the files needed are listed in that handy PDF, but I haven't seen anything for Vision.
We have 2 completely different machines, a Mycrona Primus, and a B&S Optiv running 2010 and 2011 on Windows XP. What I am afraid of is drivers for the capture cards, and other necessary software that will need to be installed on the new boxes. I have no CDs or flash drives with any of that software. Does anyone have any experience upgrading either of these machines? The XP boxes they use are absolutely brutal, and I cant wait to replace them with Win 7 machines.
