Multicapture will not work

I am using PC-DMIS CAD++ MR1 2013 Service Pack 1 for Vision and cannot get multicapture to measure multiple circles in the view.

I am in DCC mode, focus is off, all of the features have the same Z value and multicapture is selected in the Live View settings.

Any suggestions?

Hi

Are all the the circles the same Z height? In earlier versions, there was a hard coded limit for difference in Z heights
In 2013 and later, there is a registry setting:

Multicapture Z Tolerance In Pixels

This parameter is use to control whether features in the field of view are measurable with the Multicapture function according to the value in Z.

Each feature is compared to a reference element. If the delta in Z is bigger than the value specified in MultiCaptureZTolInPixel, this feature will not be measured with Multicapture.

Entry Name: MultiCaptureZTolInPixel

Entry Type: Whole Number specifying a distance in pixels. Default value is 5.
