Multiple alignments

Has anyone tried to use a multiple alignments?
The program works and it measured all the feature up to the second alignment. When i ran the program, the orientation of the camera is still on the original position. Below is how i set up my program:

I established CAD/PART orinetation, and my 1st alignment. I created all the features to be measured looking down the part. Now, I want to measure the side view of the part. I established a new origin (as my second aligment) and inserted the "Equate Alignment"

    Thanks for the replied.

I have not tried the Wizard 321 alignment. But, I tried creating new aligment and it does not seem to work. The reason is that the vision camera is looking on the side view instead of looking down. The problem might be that the 1st and 2nd alignments may not be pointing at the same ways, the cad/part machine maybe different between the two alignments. I have to double check this and try it again, and I will try to find out how to use 321 alignment.

I am new to PCDMIS and i am trying to find my ways to run the program.

    Thanks again,
    Jacob
