I am inquiring information on the Tesa Vision System. I got a sneak peek at one while attending CMM training, but, didn't get to mess around with it. Just wondering if this would be a good machine to go with or a different machine. How solid is the PC-Dmis Vision software? I have a Ram Optical Omis III that is way out of date with it's DOS Based software! Plus, stuff keeps screwing up on it left and right! It's messed up right now, as a matter of fact. All input if greatly appreciated!

Pcdmis vision is robust, the vision tool are really simple to use, you load a vision probe and the probe tools box become vision...
Lot of possibility, like automap (detection, filter...), of course more and more tools are implemented in new function.
Ask for a demo, to my collegue from state, I hope this little information help you....
