segmented Ring Light

I'm looking at my settings for my ring light and its basically on, off, and how much light.

Can you turn on/off specific areas of the ring light? Do you need a certain permission or machine to do so?

You should be able to.
WIth the probe toolbox open and the lighting tab selected there should be option in the lower left corner for changing lights, segments and rings.
