vision 300

so the probe is calibrated but the y axis (on the readout on the bottom of the screen oand the cntl+w one ) is not registering that it is moving but everything else is moving fine

it is a vision 300 running pcdmis pro 4.2

Maybe the motor is shot? Is there any grinding noise? Is this happening with manual or DCC movements? or Both?
