Just installed a new Renishaw 6 port TP20 Probe rack on our Optiv. We have also just paid for the Probe Changer software.
As Far as I can tell I have followed all of the instructions in the help menu with calibration of the rack. However the only ports to load and unload a probe successfully are 1 and 2. 3 through 6 seem to have a huge..... offset i guess. The machine thinks they are a lot farther away and higher than they are. I went into the Ports section of the probe changer menu and the numbers from ports 1 and 2 are only slightly different than the other 4. I have calibrated all probes including the probe offset from camera. Rebuilt all my probes. Even went into settings editor to check for any weird numbers in the user options. Im at a total loss. Please help
