Optiv was running on Friday morning with a co-op at the helm. Today it's throwing up this error.
"Lock is programmed for 'Vision Box' but HSI.dll is 'HSI_MYCRONA.DLL''
Finally got this system back up and running. Hexagon had to remote in and correct the interface and do a complete re-install. Thanks to Doug at Hexagon for all of your support! Still no one knows the root cause of the issue, I'm pointing the finger at the co-op.
