We just had Hexagon technician upgrade our Optive to V2019 from V2014 and when using manual hit targets for a circle it's giving me a cross hair on the circle and making me move it with the mouse to the surface. We used to be able to just click points on the surface using the mouse. Is there a setting I can change?
2014 to 2019 is a pretty big jump for the Optiv. They changed a bunch of setting throughout the years. I recall there were something that changed in the Live View Setup that I had to tweak at one point with "Snap to Edge" and "One Click Manual Target" because they made them "default". But I only recall needing to drag the crosshairs to the edge of the part and clicking "continue".
