Programming using the Rotary table issues

Hello new to PC-DMIS. I have a vision system with a rotary table an Im trying to measure runout on a Headbolt head. I first scanned (Tactile) the cylinder of the bolt on one side 0 to 180 and scanned a plane 0 to 180 on the head flange. I tell the rotary table to rotate 180 then I'm trying to scan the plane of the bolt flange on the other side of the bolt. the moment my probe touches the part. the rotary table spins back to 0 and then the probe scans the plane. I have tried everything I can think of, made the workplane z minus from z positive. moved around the angle vector. I'm hoping it is something really easy.

Any help would be appreciated. I have a support ticket in as of yesterday no contact yep.
  • You should look at the setting editor, something like "sendHSSdata", it has to be set on 1 or 2 (0 takes Aand B angles, 1 A,B, W, and 2only W from my memory - I'm not at the cmm)
  • from miim.zip / FDC :
    • SendHSSFullData = 0 – This flag specify the data path points sent to the controller during HSS and VHSS scan. This setting is applies only when SendHSSVectors = TRUE.
      • 0 = X,Y,Z,I,J,K
      • 1 = X,Y,Z,I,J,K,W,A,B
      • 2 = X,Y,Z,I,J,K,W
