Please help. How can I password protect either the programs or the PCDMIS Online. I know the PCDMIS Operator restricts editing. However there's nothing to keep the operator or anyone for that matter from opening the Online option to edit. I have version 4.1.
Talk to your IT guy. The problem that I see is that even in operator mode anyone can delete whole programs, whole folders, anything....What I have been doing is backing everything up on a thumb drive that only I over-write so at least I have a copy. The other thing you can do is hide the online option executable several folders deep and hope they don't have the skill to do a search for it.
