Is it all possible to set settings somewhere in PC DMIS to be able to see your scan line along with the upper / lower tolerance. I have a customer that is requesting a printout of the scan form for a die and they want to see our scan with the upper and lower tolerance line also showing. ALL three must be visible.
In the dimension, turn on the GRAPH. It should show all that.
Of course, it might be hard to see, so you can use a multiplier, both the deviation and the tolerance band will be multiplied so you can see it all easier.
Will I have to create two separate profiles @ .0002 for a total tolerance of .0004. I tried it and I am only getting two lines, 1 the scan and 2 one of the tolerances. Not getting all three
Sounds to me like you want to use the "Analysis view" function. It is in the Insert=>Report menu. Look through the various options in the pull down menus of that feature and you will find options to turn the tolerance lines on, display min/max deviations, etc. If the tolerance lines don't display correctly in the analysis view then it is a big red flag that you probably don't have them defined correctly in the dimension.
