Protected Mode--How to custom toolbar and disable report window

In Protected mode, can you customize toolbar and disable report window?
How?

As right now, there are a few icons/options on toolbar such as "probe mode" & "graphic view" which I want to take them off. Because an operator can insert "probe manual mode" into the program which I dont want.
Also, the report window always shows in front of live view and cad view after opening each program. Operator has to turn the report window off, every time. The inspection result go to somewhere else, operators dont need the report window. Can you turn it off for good?

Thanks.

personally, i prefer protected mode but that's just me.
as to the OP query? you can customize the menus until the cows come home, leaving only rudimentary commands available to the cave monkeys.
(you know...eliminate their golden banana: what if i click on THIS or THAT)
    to wit:
To Remove a Menu Item from the Menu Bar:

    1. Access the Customize dialog box by selecting the View | Toolbars | Customize menu option, and click the Menu tab.
    2. Navigate to the menu item you want to remove on PC-DMIS's actual menu bar (not the tree view menu list in the Menu tab).
    3. Select the desired menu item.
    4. Drag it off of the menu bar area.
    5. Release the mouse button, and the menu item is removed from the menu.
    6. Click OK to accept your changes and close the Customize dialog box.
