No more room in toolholders, where to put extra probes?

where are you guys putting your extra probes?
don't tell me you don't have any!
I kept them sticking around on 123 blocks for the longest seeing they are magnetic.
then I wizened up and printed some holders instead of the thousands of dollars
on another rack.

i as well have made a 3d printed part to hold my extra probes but mine mounts to the back

I've been thinking of doing this ever since I got my 3d printer. Guess I actually need to print some. Anyone have an STL file for a holder for the TP20?

What do you do when one of your programs requires a probe that is not in the rack but in a holder? Do you have to which probes are in the slots constantly?

I just bought more probe racks, that way I can use them. Nevertheless it's cool that people are 'hacking' our CMM world.

Just have a wall rack to hold the extra probes and have the cmm request them to be put on when needed. Which is very occasionally.

I just manually reach over and place the probe on by hand.
No biggie
It's nice to have when the company refuses to invest in another rack.

i have some cad models that im a bit to scared to post on here it will be interesting when the guy from hexagon comes to calibrate our cmm and see what i have printed and if you figured it out what im talking about it dose cal just fine too
