Hello

What is the difference between classical and iterative alignment please? Can iterative alignment be used everywhere? The difference in values between classical and iterative alignment is 0,03. Thank you

Most of determining what type of alignment to use depends on the DRF on your print and the datum features of your part. Experience with your parts, knowing the processes used to make your parts and the surface integrity of the those datum features determine what type of alignment to use.

IMNSHIO complex prismatic 3D surfaces require an iterative alignment and a 3-2-1 (classical) is usually used for every thing else

I have facilitated by PC-dmis Pro 2012 MR1. I cant able to put offset angle and distance value in alignment dialog box. How can activate this? Can anybody help to
resolve this issue for CMMs.
