Romer RDS Sound adjustment

Hello All,

I am not super familiar with Romer arms. However we have one at our facility and the built in speaker has gone out. We found a little speaker box to use on it however the speaker has no volume adjustment (it's plugged directly into the romer arm's 3.5mm aux port). It's incredibly loud and I have no idea how to adjust the sound. I have gone through the settings in RDS and messed with windows volume to no avail. Anyone have any idea how to adjust?

I thought of this right after I posted lol! Going to see if IT has any standard computer speakers I can borrow. I still wanted to see if there was some amount of software adjustment though. Thank you!

i though there was a volume adjustment in RDS, but i dont have an Arm anymore to check. you may have to use the password "Administrator" (as long as it has not been changed) to log in as the admin in RDS to get to the advanced settings

Yes there is a control in the RDS software, on ours it's on the main kinda hot bar thingy, it looks like a wave.

I finally found it in RDS but it seems to only adjust the internal speaker on the Romer not the 3.5mm jack. I ended up running to Walmart and getting some speakers with volume control built in and it works like a dream again.
