New function is developed, and somebody have to test it. A training is conducted for application engineer in Europe. A big problem happened at important customer facility, and somebody have to deal with it. Special workshop just happened in Asia. Bug was reported. Very long, and for sure very funny, documentation was created about installation scenarios (because what is more fun than to think about different ways of how to install the Q-DAS software). What all of these situations have in common? One team deals with them. We. The 2nd level support team. So, who are we? Just a group of ordinary people. Passionate about the industry. About statistics. About Q-DAS software. And in general, about what we do every single day. We all have different backgrounds. And every one of us has something unique what he / she brings to the table (except for me, I am just going with the flow...). We are here for our colleagues and customers. We are here to make sure that everything works, to teach, to guide and occasionally to save the day.
This is our little introduction, so you know who is taking care of you and who is going to write a post every once in a while in this blog. And yes, I know I did not drop any names or photos. And no, I am not going to do that.
What we will be writing about? Everything we do. Stories from our line of work. To bring up the important little things. Tips and trick. And hopefully, it will be written in a funny way (not haha funny, but "little exhale through the nostrils" funny...).
