Database Error

Having an issue opening Datapage with another log-in. In my log-in I can open Datapage just fine, everything works. But with the off-shift log-in I keep getting a database error. All the settings are the same, I've deleted the XSTATS file, I can't even open Datapage at all.

I get an Error 5, first. Then the Error 127.

I'm sure this is easy, but my mind is on other things. Any thoughts on this? I would be most greatful..

Thanks in advance.

  • Never mind. I figured it out. I didn't have the off shift log-in as an "Administrator".

    That was it.

    Thanks for nothing, guys..Smiley

    You are more than welcome!

It would have been a bargin at twice the price, right?

I've never seen the error code you were asking about and you had already done the xstats11.tmp file thing, so since I had nothing to offer, I didn't bother wasting the time and space, but since this thread is
    RESOLVED
we shall now be more than happy to hijack it from you.

Funny thing, though, "THEY" claim that ADMIN is not required for Pcdmis, I guess they don't include the need for Datapage in their thinking, even though it IS their companion software......
