Please, help on this,
when I try to generate Dataview report,my AS3 Image comes with charts boxes for each point around AS3 , without lines to define each point or chart location on AS3 IMAGE

You MUST send XYZ data in order for Dataview to know where to point to !!!
Even if you don't want to report it in Dataview. Just don't select it. And no, you won't need to run all your parts over again. Just open the program in question, report XYZ for features you want to point to, and send stats to dataview one last time. Then go to Dataview, pick and choose the features (dimensions) you want to report, and don't include the last part you just sent.
The only other thing I can think of is when you have right hand / left hand CAD backwards.
