edit feature name datapage+ mr1

Can I renaname a feature in datapage plus mr1?

I ran 5 parts and customer found that I named 4 points wrong. I need to run more parts and would like to rename the features in the first 5 runs and check more parts and use the first 5 runs along wth my new runs. Is this doable?
All I need to change is the first letter of the feature to S instead of E.
The help file says to right clck and edit feature variable
This dialog box lets you modify the feature variable's description, nominal value, tolerance values, and individual and subgroup control limits.
Feature Name - This lets you modify the name of the feature. – DON’T WORK

Well, I've not used the newer version of DP, BUT, you should be able to do this (and since you only have 5 to fix, it won't be so bad....)

NOT sure if this will work in the new version or not, but it sure should.....

1) Change the name of the feature in the program.
2) Save the current stats (dummy transaction)
3) Go in and hand enter the values for the first 5 parts under the new feature names
4) Delete the 'dummy' transaction

Not the best, but it should get you what you need.

the old one all you had to do is pick it and change the name right.
Can't seem to do that in the new one. I can change everything else but the name.
I must be missing somthing ??.

You can no longer rename features in DataPage -. You can rename in Pcdmis send those stats to your database and copy the values you need to your new transaction as a work around. per Ping & tech support.
