I have another question for you guys, that I can't seem to find the answer to. On one of our typical reports, we always have the same info as a header that contains information such as job #, part name, part #, customer, CAD revision #, and stats count. So far on my quest to build a template, I've been able to add few of these information fields that automatically update as the report is generated. However the rest has eluded me. I'm using part name, rev number, ser number, and stats count from PCDMIS, but I was wondering if it is possible to have the other fields update from a tracefield in the program. Such as:
TRACEFIELD/DISPLAY,LIMIT=15 ; partname : brkt lsa frnt
And then in my template bulider set the grid property to an expression that =partname. It hasn't worked for me thus far, so I'm hoping there is a way, and that one of you know it. Thanks for you time.
