Datapage + labels

new to using datapage + (used the old DP about 10 years ago) in the cad tab i have imported my cad model and have 15 points of data XYZT dimensioned. each axis has its own label, for example X has a label, Y has a label, Z and T all this on 8 pages.

what i would like to do (but dont know how) is get one label per point with XYZT on it and report all 15 points in one page rather than 8 pages and a ton of indiviual labels.

edit: figured it out - change the drop down from Feature Variable to Feature
