Datapage+ to Open Office Calc

Anyone know how to output Datapage data to Openoffice Calc. Every time I try it tells me I need to have Excel, even when I am trying to create a CSV file. I do not have any MS-Office products on the machine with the datapage license.

I have tried talking to Hexagon and have made no progress. Supposedly you don't need to have Excel to export a CSV but my experience is different.

I believe that Excel is used to create the CSV file regardless.

If you have a look in your temp folder you will find two or three files related to the creation of the output file. You could likely capture what you need from there.
