I am using Data Page RT ver. 3.33. How do I clear the old transactions that will show in the report window. I use about 15 different part programs and some of these have over 3000 old transactions showing. I have no formal training in data page, so I am learning as I go.

Nope, it's not easy, no matter what you delete from the database, it is still IN the database, you just can not access it anymore.
Easiest way, make a new database, start using it instead. If there are any variable sets (or like items), you need to export them and import them into the new database.
