Populate data fields

Just started using datapage+ and noticed there are some fields that I haven't populated in my programs.

While using the RAG Report the fields in question are: CMM, Serial No, Process NO, Batch NO, Inspection Tool, and Operator.
I put a serial number into the top of my report under REV NUMBER : and it did not show up; I would guess the one in the report is the s/n of the CMM.

Does anyone know where these need to be added into the program to get them to report?

Just to clarify for someone else looking for this later.

In PC-DMIS. Add tracefields with the operator name and other info to be saved.
Make sure the external command is above the tracefields
Run it at least once so those fields will be saved into the database
Open DataPage. Under Tools then Options click the Definition tab. Under each category you should now be able to select a tracefield to be used for that field in the report.
