We have a database in place etc.. But when we go to use the editor so we can get rid of some of the parts . The "Parts" section under "View" is greyed out.. We havent had any issues with this until yesterday. The system hasnt been changed at all, but all of a sudden this function doesnt want to work.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. something has changed since DP has a portlock ID (User ID) and the editor thinks it is 0. The auth key for 0 is not the same as whatever DP has. If it is not authorized the editor does nothing (things are disabled).
You get the Not Authorized message for the Editor. This message tells you something.
