Where are the templates stored for DP+ and do I have to change the header in all in order for all the headers to look the same or is there a default header that I can change (eg Company logo).
Have you tried the looking under you Chart Report tab? There is a box with blue arrows pointing toward the corners of the box. That is the Template Selection icon.
