I am trying to connect my dataPage + 2011 to PCDmis I keep getting the error the expiration data on your lock is missing or earlier then the date need to run. How do I up date this?
It sounds like your license for Datapage is not up to date on the Dongle. If you're current on your SMA and you actually have a license for Datapage+ then it's as simple as emailing customer relations a copy of your modules list from the program custprog.exe located in the PC-DMIS application directory and asking them to update your license to the current date/modules. If you were using DatapageRT and are trying to use Datapage+ now they are not considered the same software and you need to contact your hexagon salesman about converting your datapage RT license to a Datapage+ license.
