Setting Datapage+ 2103 up to connect to an Excel Spread sheet

Everytime I test my Datapage+ 2013 connection to my Excel Spreadsheet PC DMIS 2103 crashes. I am on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine with 32-bit office. I tried setting my ODBC connections inside the %system%/Syswow/ folder as well. I even went so far as to redirect the control panel settings to the %system%/SYSWOW/ folder. Still PC-DMIS crashes every time I test the connection.

    Can you clarify this?

For example, PC-DMIS has a test option in the STATS/ command. Datapage+ can send data to Excel but I am not aware of a 'test' option for this. I am assuming you mean that when you test the database connection from PC-DMIS it crashes. I am not sure how Excel fits into this.

You can test the database connection from the ODBC connector. Does it crash here? If not, this is likely correct especially if the test is positive. Not sure why you would need to modify anything under the 32bit sub system for this to work which is what I assume you mean by the %system32%/syswow folder.

More information is needed (error messages would be nice too).
